Livi thinks Aunt Lisa's stair stepper is a wonderful toy! But is it a bicycle? It sure doesn't go very fast... 

Beautiful Julia and very, very tall (just ask him!) Jack! Julia wants to name the new baby Anastacia; Aunt Stacey can't really argue with her, having nearly been named that, herself. But you'd almost have to also be named Romanov to carry it off!

Birthdays at the Balbes'

March, April and May birthdays at the Balbes' home. Aunt Lisa and Julia oversee the singing and candle lighting.

A yummy meal was had by all...although a FEW toast points were thrown. We're not saying by whom. 

Livi had a smooch for Chris, her favorite waitress!

Massa's OF COURSE!

Having had a long Thursday at work and daycare, respectively, R3 retreated to our favorite restaurant, Massa's.

Next picnic? JUNE, darnit!

Overall, a cold, but yummy time was had by all! (Standout beans, slaw and cheesecake, particularly!!) I may never eat again!

I went back to the car to get a polarfleece scarf-- I'm tellin' ya, April in St. Louis can be downright arctic!

A Chilly Picnic in April

Here we are in Kirkwood Park, freezing our fannies off for an EX-ED picnic! The Queen Bee (aka Auntie EM) leads the way!
