Sonja's New Year's Eve visit

Okay, just how we achieved this "Phantom of the Opera" look on the right side of my face I don't know; suffice it to say that this was the only picture taken at lunch, and it was taken with my cell phone. Posted by Picasa

The holidays were exhausting...

Fred took this with my cell phone. I'm drifting off and Livi's out.
(Special note to Jim: Hail to the Victors Valiant, Hail to the Conquering Heros! etc.)

This is the cute and cuddly time with the two cousins.

(Later, Livi tries to push the binkey down into Brianna's esophagus!)

The girls!

Julia's mama and aunts on her daddy's side are some of the most gorgeous creatures and I think Julia favors them quite a bit. Which means Daddy (Ted) is in for a world of trouble soon!! I swear she gets prettier EVERY DAY! Posted by Picasa

Livi and Grandpa and the singing toy

Funny story: Livi is timid around Grandpa, but her cousin Katrina is not. So the girls were daring each other to go over and touch this weird, singing toy that Grandpa was holding.

At long last Katrina worked up the nerve to touch the thing and slowly extended her hand and almost touched it when...Grandpa lunged at her and said "BOO!"

Good thing Katrina is potty trained.Posted by Picasa

Ha! Caught ya' smiling!

Teddy with the Hot Wheels set

The thing has A GORILLA in it! (Yes, a gorilla. ) Apparently it tries to smash the cars as they come around the track. (And why not, really?)
This is heaven for boys of a certain age! Posted by Picasa

Laura and baby Bri-bri

This little angel barfed on her aunt Lisa and peed on her cousin.

More stocking opening

Yes, the actual stockings are now purely decorative. The enormous bags we're opening are now, technically, stockings. Yes, that IS a Lenox box in a stocking. (Livi got Mikasa-- it doesn't pay to be adopted, I guess!) Posted by Picasa

This chaos is JUST opening the kids' stockings! Just wait...
it gets even crazier.

And will you just look at the chaos? And this isn't even the big, Rosenberger family Christmas yet!

I need a nap, already! Posted by Picasa
